1. Service Description
EthIntel decodes and explains public Ethereum blockchain transactions using AI and deterministic analysis. We provide transaction explanations, address profiles, safety assessments, and risk scores. We are not a financial advisor, auditor, or security service.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape or crawl beyond published API rate limits
- Use the service to facilitate illegal activity
- Reverse-engineer our AI prompts or decode pipeline
- Impersonate EthIntel in communications
- Use API access to build a service that substantially replicates our core features
3. Account Terms
One account per person. You are responsible for your API keys. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Account deletion is available on request — email us and we will process within 30 days.
4. Paid Plans
- Billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices in USD.
- Cancel anytime — takes effect at end of billing period.
- No refunds for partial months.
- We may change prices with 30 days notice.
- API overage billed at the published per-call rate.
5. API Terms
- API keys are for your use or your application's use.
- Do not share API keys publicly. Revoke immediately if exposed.
- Rate limits are enforced per key and per IP.
- We may throttle or suspend keys showing abusive patterns.
- Uptime target: 99.5%. No SLA on free or consumer plans.
6. Intellectual Property
Our service, brand, code, and AI prompts are our property. Blockchain data is public — we do not claim ownership of on-chain data. Your API output can be used in your applications. Attribution is appreciated but not required.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This includes losses from incorrect explanations, missed safety signals, service downtime, or data loss.
8. Changes
We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Material changes will be notified via email for registered users. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
